The all new MOJO is right around the corner
It’s finally that time. We’re beyond excited to share with you the completely reimagined MOJO Marketplace.
To make sure our MOJO & EIG Family is in the know, here’s a rundown of our launch sequence:
🙌🏻 Site Deployment, Sunday, March 19 – The MOJO Development team will assemble Sunday, from 9pm to 2am MST, to deploy the new site. We expect to be offline during this time. Between now and then we’ll be publishing planned outage alerts to our customer base.
📢 Systems Monitoring, Monday, March 20 – Monday, March 20th, we’ll be monitoring core systems like transactional flows, traffic patterns, and conversion rates to ensure there are no major flaws or critical bugs
🚀 Soft Launch, Tuesday, March 21st – We’ll invite our internal customers (meaning EIG Brands, our Sellers, and Service Providers) to come play with the new site! At that time, we’ll be gathering feedback from these audiences to prepare for full scale launch, so keep an eye out for our launch announcement!
🍾 Full Scale, Monday, March 27th 🎉 – Now confident we’re ready for primetime, we open the flood gates and unlesh all marketing and communication initiatives.

New Brand Identity
To further establish ourselves as an authority in the digital goods and services space, we’ve decided to evolve our brand into something more refined. We wanted a more polished brand identity capable of instilling trust and confidence in potential customers.

For many MOJO customers, our home page is their first exposure to the brand. With this in mind, we’ve not only updated the overall look and feel, but also worked to create search prompts so users can find the digital goods and services they need in a helpful, easy to use enjoyable manner. Our novice users will appreciate the embedded guidance, our pro users will appreciate more direct path to the MOJO products they need.
In addition to the home page’s assistive search experience, we’ve also completely rebuilt MOJO’s site search from the ground up. To do this, we used Elastic Search and the result is a snappy experience with near instant results. We’ve also restructured the way we tag and categorize our items to ensure customers can quickly and easily find even niche category items.
The new account center is built to be a much more intuitive experience for our MOJO customers. We’ve pulled out highly visited pages and functions to display key data with less action required by the users. Not only will you see your key purchase info and site admin data, but also announcements and how to articles are now visible in a dashboard environment.
New in 2017, we’re inviting 3rd party contributors to sell via MOJO Pro Services. The new account center includes a services dashboard to easily manage fulfillment workflows and interact with customers via MOJO’s messaging system.
For enhanced reporting, we’ve revamped the statistic page to offer things like YOY data and per item breakdown of earnings. We’ve even included pacing data so our sellers can plan their next big purchase after a killer revenue month. 🙂
Building on the success of this industry leading WordPress service, we’ve built a unique interface to help WP Live customers access their tools and benefits. We’ve included things like visual representation of their website journey, easier access to chat & scheduling functions, and prominent displays of their member perks.
When accommodating customers from EIG flagship brands, we wrap the marketplace in a co-branded skin to ensure a cohesion. To ensure a comfortable transition, we’ve created interstitial messaging to transfer the customer from their hosting environment to the marketplace.
